How quickly do you respond to land appraisals?

We aim to conduct an initial desktop appraisal and get back to you within 48 hours. If your land looks promising, we will arrange a site visit within the first week.

Does my land need planning permission already?

No. We specifically work with landowners who do not have planning permission. We obtain it on your behalf at our cost, and you share in the significant uplift in value it creates.

What does it cost me?

Absolutely nothing. We cover all planning costs, architect fees, surveys and legal expenses. You pay zero at any stage.

Are my details kept confidential?

Absolutely. All enquiries and site details are treated with complete confidence and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Can I stay living on my land during the process?

Yes. We have worked with landowners who continue living on site throughout the process. If you want to develop part of your land while keeping the rest, we design the development around that from the very start.
