Originally an equestrian site with a dilapidated farmhouse in the Essex countryside, Sunnyside Farm was reimagined into five stunning barn style residences, each blending rural character with contemporary design.

From demolition in May 2023 to final landscaping in October 2024, the entire project was delivered in under 18 months. The land value rose from £700,000 to a final realised value of £1.3 million, an 85% uplift.
