This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. We have tried to keep it in plain English. If anything is not clear, just ask and we will explain it properly.

When you fill in a form or get in touch, we collect the details you choose to give us. That is usually:
We do not ask for, and do not want, financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this website.
We use your details to reply to you, to look into whether your land has development potential, and to keep in touch about it if you want us to. That is it. We do not use your information for anything you have not asked us about.
The legal basis for this is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Forms on this website are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger and video is served through Bunny. Those providers handle data on our behalf under their own terms. If a professional adviser such as a planning consultant, architect or solicitor needs your details to move your enquiry forward, we will tell you first.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are talking to you about your land, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted everything, just say so and we will.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can also object to us using it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@option-1.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
