Our Story

Strategic Vision.
Built on Trust.

Option One was not built in a boardroom. It was built on building sites, in planning offices, and around kitchen tables with landowners who deserved better.

The Option One Approach
"We believe exceptional developments begin with long term thinking. Every site we take on is approached as if it were our own, merging strategic planning expertise with an uncompromising commitment to the landowner's outcome."

Our Trajectory

A Legacy in Progress

Phase 01
Foundation 2014

Frazer begins property development with Bethany, a modest bungalow in Walderslade Woods transformed into a five bedroom dream home. The vision is set. The standard is established.

Phase 02
Growing the Portfolio

Blackthorn House, Sunnyside Farm, The Nursery. Each project bigger and more ambitious than the last. A track record built project by project, with every landowner better off for working with the team.

Phase 03
Option One 2022

The realisation that thousands of landowners across the South East are sitting on land worth far more than any developer has told them. Option One is founded to change that, giving landowners access to the true value of their land without any of the risk.

Phase 04
Portfolio Growth

Hereford Farm underway. More sites identified across Kent, Essex and Surrey. The mission growing: making sure no landowner in the South East leaves money on the table that is rightfully theirs.

The Team

The Minds Behind Option One.

Three people who have spent their entire careers in property. No shortcuts, no suits, no nonsense. Just expertise, integrity and a track record that speaks for itself.

Leadership

The Minds Behind Option One

Frazer Rogers
Frazer Rogers
Founder and Managing Director

Frazer started his career as a qualified carpenter, on site at 17 years old. He spent years within the supply chain of major UK developers including a timber frame manufacturing facility, learning exactly how the big players operate and where landowners get undercut.

He began developing property alongside his parents, completing two houses before recognising a far bigger opportunity. Option One was built to give landowners access to the true value of their land.

Dylan Isaacs
Dylan Isaacs
Site Manager

Dylan came up through bricklaying and earned his black hat as a site supervisor, responsible for reading drawings, managing contractors, and ensuring everything gets built to specification. He has been on sites for over a decade.

He ventured into development through the auction market, buying, developing and selling a property before joining forces with Frazer. His ground level expertise ensures every project meets the standard promised.

B
Ben White
Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director

Ben is the financial brain behind every Option One project. With 13 years of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, including time with major UK housing associations, he brings a level of cost management and commercial rigour that most small developers simply cannot access.

His role is to ensure every development appraisal is accurate, every build cost is controlled, and every landowner receives the maximum possible return.

Core Values

Our Principles

01
Integrity
We operate with absolute transparency. Every landowner is informed, protected and empowered at every stage. No hidden terms, no surprises, no pressure.
02
Shared Outcome
We do not make an offer and walk away with all the upside. We take you with us. A percentage of what the development actually makes, not a fixed price designed to leave as much profit on our side as possible. The more we make, the more you make.
03
Premium Execution
From initial appraisal to final architectural finish, we demand the highest standard in everything we do. It is not just good for our reputation. It is what landowners deserve.
