The Story

A Better Way to Unlock the Last Plots.

Planning was granted for four identical four bedroom homes at The Nursery.

Mr and Mrs George had already built the two plots at the back and still live in one of them. At 62 and 60, they had no interest in taking on more borrowing or more risk to build out the two front plots themselves.

Each front plot was worth about £350,000, so the plan was just to sell them. The trouble with that is you end up with a stranger building right next to your house, with no say over how it is finished and no idea when it will be done. This was still their home.

Option 1 stepped in with a better solution.

We removed the risk, delivered the build, and created a life changing outcome.

So instead of selling to an outside builder, they let us fund and build Plot 2 at our own cost and our own risk, finished to the same standard as the rest of the site and to a fixed timeframe. In exchange for Plot 1, they were handed the keys to a completed home worth £1,000,000, and never had a stranger building beside their home.
