In the summer of 2024, Gary wanted to get the most out of his land, which was worth around 1.1 million as it stood. Going for planning himself would have taken a long time, cost a fair bit, and there was no guarantee it would come off.
He came to us instead. We offered him a minimum of 1.5 million based on getting planning for five to seven homes, and we took care of the whole lot at no cost to him.
Planning came through and the build started in the summer of 2025. Gary got the full value of his land without having to deal with any of the difficult parts himself.
